My job as the Patient Coordinator is to provide sole direct contact with patients and health care facilitators. I am responsible for answering all emails and phone calls directly related to our patient’s dental needs and requests. These areas entail responding/explaining dental terminology, procedures and time-frames and scheduling their appointments and much more. In addition, I am responsible for all marketing and administrative duties.
Furthermore, being able to participate in our patient´s lives while here, to see the transformation of their smiles is extremely fulfilling. I firmly believe that if you provide excellent customer service, combined with the human factor, patient´s lives and their dental health will be greatly enhanced.
Our team at Dental Cosmetics fully understands that our Clinic´s success is due to our patients; therefore I am proud to form part of this success, knowing that we have helped and continue to help many with their “Renewed Image and New Smile.”
